Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Manufacturing Defects and Quality Issues

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, has printing issues, or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us immediately at love@marvels.tennis and attach clear photos of the issue.

Important: Do not return defective items without contacting us first, as returned items may be discarded by our manufacturer. (This is a vendor policy.)

For approved defect claims, you may keep the original item while we send a replacement at no charge to you.

Other Returns (Size, Fit, Color, or Change of Mind)

For returns due to sizing issues, color preferences, or if you simply change your mind, we offer the following options:

Option 1: Store Credit - We'll provide full store credit for future purchases. Simply contact us at love@marvels.tennis to arrange.

Option 2: Full Refund - If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we can arrange this if you return the item to us. The item must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Unworn, unwashed and unused

• With original tags and packaging

• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate this type of return, contact us at love@marvels.tennis. We'll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sizing Information

Since our items are made-to-order, please review sizing charts carefully before ordering. Each product listing includes detailed measurements to help ensure proper fit.

Shipping and Delivery

Please provide accurate shipping information. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for items undelivered due to incorrect addresses. Avoid using PO boxes when possible, as some carriers cannot deliver to these locations.

If your item doesn't arrive within 30 business days from your order date, contact us immediately so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. Please reach out within 60 business days of ordering to maintain replacement eligibility.

Processing and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at love@marvels.tennis.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or discounted sale items.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements apply as listed above.
